They used to offer a very good service and products. However, last time I dropped by for a black coffee, but not the mini cup, just the normal, or grand/large one. I ordered a black coffee, just that, grand (I said, or large). Not an americano, or whatever similar strange thing like that. As far as I understand black coffee is different from an americano. They sold me a giant american-type of disposable cup of coffee. As expensive (they didn't give me the receipt, so I didn't know), I expected real coffee inside, as they gave me the thing so confidently. Nope. Just a disgusting undrinkable watery brown beverage. Lovely staff, nice cakes and beverages. Would be great if they could bring also decaf coffee, some time ago they said they wouldn’t… I still hope they will change their minds! The stamp system is a bit weird, if you buy two coffees on the same ticket you get one stamp, but if you order them on different tickets you get two stamps. It doesn’t make too much sense to me. I go to this coffee shop every week and I love the quality of their coffee, the self-made snacks / cakes and the decor and atmosphere.

I am however a little bit disappointed that they raised their price of oat milk (while once telling me that they don't believe in charging for alternative milk). Meanwhile they started to use a cheaper brand of oat milk than they did before which doesn't taste as good. (price up and...
