Snooze — Restaurant in Esch-sur-Alzette

Went there after a long day at University expecting the same quality of service and food as it is in town. Unfortunately, the Restaurant did not live up to my expectations. Firstly, we were told to sit where ever we wanted, so we decided to sit at a four people table, since we needed a lot of space ( Note : we were 2 people). Right as we sat, a waiter approached us and rudely asked us to move to a 2 person table ( the restaurant was empty when we came in and stayed empty when we left.. ). Secondly, the food was mediocre, the burger can be described as microwaved since half was it cold and the over half warm. The food was thrown on a plate as was the plate thrown on our table, having half the fries fall of the plate and onto the table itself.

The only good thing about this place was the mac and cheese balls, which i don't know if they were even hand made. I feel sorry for the chef working there.. Ridiculous! Might as well go 10m further away to have quality burgers at Urban, or go to Snooze...

We often went to snooze. We stopped going to the one in Luxembourg city because they throw you out after 1,5 hour. And the service is like... no words. In belval you dont get thrown out but I cannot say that the service is better. One time we weren't served anymore after we got our meal. After 20 minutes seing the servers cleaning tables and walking past us and not even looking at us we paid and went home. The second and the last time we went we waited one hour for our meal because there were 3 bigger tables (which was understandable). But why didn't anyone told us? Do we have to guess? No, I don't think so. Our server seemed more in the mood that she doesn't care. I called her to ask for a blanket because I got cold and she said one moment and walked away all chilled and someone else came and was more considered. If you don't care about service, the restaurant is nice. But there is a better place where you get the same burgers (Pavillon...

Firstly I want to point out that I have nothing against this particular place, I am just describing my experience. As the place was half empty we decided to sit on a 4seater since we had bags. Unfortunately we were moved (which is ok). Then when I was served, the waiter spilled half of my fries without really caring. I was dissapointed as the burgers where almost cold since salad, tomatos where added directly from the fridge. I also was not asked the doneness of the meat, a dissapointing thing for the price paid.
