!!! Stay away !!! Absolutely horrendous experience! Here is what happened: after ordering our we food, we noticed that we were neglected, because of our young age, since other tables with suits or families got their food much faster than we did. We asked 3 times for bread, because we had to wait over an hour for our food. Then they brought 4 pieces of bread for a table of 5. When the food arrived, the waitress pushed over my drink, doesn‘t matter, this can happen, BUT! She didn’t apologise, when she did it, she rolled her eyes as if it was my fault, because I didn‘t move my drink when she brought the food. After that, she didn‘t offer me a new drink, neither did she clean up the mess she did and I had to eat of a plate with my drink all over it while the drink was dripping from the table on my pants. After she brought the food to the 4 of us, the 5th one of our group still had to wait on his salad for another 20 minutes. To top off the unpleasant experience, after eating a few bites of his salad, the biggest nastiest insect crawled out of his salad. Obviously, we complained about it, but the same here: no apology. „This can happen...“ when we wanted to pay, the spilled drink wasn‘t deducted and another friend asked for official contact details to file a complaint, but they refused to give it to him. After long arguing with the unfriendly waitress, the owner of the restaurant arrived personally and wasn‘t really understanding and was talking to us in a way that you shouldn‘t talk to a customer. He was talking to us in a condescending way, probably because we were a bit younger than their average customer. I visited for the first time and i left with a great impression of the place. On arrival you are offered olives and bread together with your drinks. Although the place was full, the kitchen was fast, i don't think we waited more than 30 min to get the dishes of 7 people. The food quality is excellent. Very busy at lunchtimes (the seats were full when I visited), decent Italian dish which didn’t really taste like Italian. Portion size is huge but you can ask for takeaway which will take another fifteen minutes or so. Maybe it was during peak hours the service was slow and very long wait to have your order taken by the staff and have the food ready.
