Honestly I would give it to the concept of the store. It being DIY is considered convenient, but, there is something the shop can be improved on.
Improvement : they can stick a proper price tag at every column, so that when customer scroll down the aisle, they know what is their range of budget.
Improvement : Whenever the payment has go through, the staff could maybe prompt or ask customer if they had ever dine in here just so that the customer knows what they can expect ahead. If don’t want to prompt, the least you can do is to laminate the instructions and stick it at the stove area and even at the counter.
They did not provide any cloth incase we spill any water or even if it’s for us to pick up the tray.
Improvements; Shop should provide cloths so that we as customers can clean up by ourself if there is any spillage.
Put instructions too on how the electric stove work.
After all, I don’t think I would be coming back nor recommend it to my love ones. I think it’s just for...

Seating is very basic (ok this I may be over expecting ), and the toilets omg, really not clean. . All in all, I don't know where the pull to this place is going to be. When the heat of the viral videos by social media postings die down... hmmm. Even today having dined here for 20 minutes , I saw 2 large groups of people walk in and leave without...

The store was full when we reached. So the cooking station was not exactly clean. But once the number of customers was manageable, i saw the staff cleaning the cooking station.
Want to cook "fried" noodles, they hv colander to strain away the water. Equipped with scissors to cut the packaging. Disposable cutleries. Tray to bring ur hot "pot" of noodles to your table.
Drinks? Head to the chiller for a decent variety of drinks. Including korean banana and strawberry milk. Unfortunately, shop ran out of ice for my iced americano so i had to drink straight fr the packaging.
Overall it was pretty fun cooking. But if u prefer to be served ready cooked food, this is nt...
