Disappointing. Last night, I dined at Pizza Hut Restaurant, Taman Muda. The food is no longer like it used to be. I ordered pizza, garlic bread, and mushroom soup. However, the garlic bread I received was not the usual, a bun spread with garlic butter. Instead, I was given several slices (4–5 pieces) of cut pizza bread, similar to breadsticks — which, in my opinion, is not equal in value to the garlic bread bun. The taste was also very different.
When I asked a staff named BALQIS why this was the case, the response I received was, “This is how our garlic bread is.” Funny ya! I'm not some teenager eating pizza for the first time to be fooled like that.
Today, I ordered pizza and garlic bread again for delivery, and this time, I received the original garlic bread bun as usual, even though the pizza was delivered from the same outlet I visited last night.
The dirty plates were also cleared very slowly, while the staff downstairs were laughing and chatting loudly. It was only when the restaurant was about to close that one staff member finally came up to clear the dirty plates — and did so roughly, in a manner completely inappropriate to be done in front of customers.

Read moreToday there is no ice available in Pizza Hut, hence all drinks served at room temperature including soft drinks. That was due to ice maker not functioning. We ordered Coke and it was zero coldness with minimal gas which also means, the drinks were to be disposed and they were not dispensed from the bib. Usual Coke from the bib is already cold without ice. Long story short, my point is, isn't 7-11 or KK Mart or NSK is just walking distance away? The restaurant manager should manage such small matter well, there are lotsa ways to get ice, not only from the ice maker. The upper floor was managed by only 1 person which is fine actually. And we think the waiter managing upper floor should be a special kid based on his movement which is also fine. I think is best that the restaurant have signage to inform customers that the waiter is special else he will definitely be shouted at when facing angry customers. That is a pity, for such big Pizza chain to not able to look into details like this. Other than that, food are ok but the ordering website has a very bad UI/UX. No...
