The Brew House @ Pandan Indah — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

First time to dine in with Brew House which was recommended to me to try out their burger and steak. The food portion is big and when I saw the portion of the chicken patty on the burger, I was quite surprised at how big the portion was. For the steak, the meat is so tender, the peppery flavour is just right, with mashed potato beneath the meat. You can also order alcohol drinks although they have some other non alcoholic drinks on the menu. The place is perfect if you want to hang out and chill out with friends. Saw their menu and basically they serve asian and western food I must say that they have standard on how they do things here and hopefully they can maintain and be consistent across all branches. Food is good but no one practically follows SOP at this branch. Manager and waiters speak with their masks off, placed at their chins which defeats the purpose of it entirely. When I tried reserving a table at this branch a day before my visit, the Manager claimed they do not take reservations as it’s based on walk-in. However, recently when I visited, there was a reserved place card on one of the tables and since it was packed at 7.30pm itself, I questioned about that table and the Pinoy waiter mentioned the table was reserved, I was so dumbfounded because previously when I tried reserving, the Manager claimed they don’t take reservations. Every time I visited is a surprise for me, me and my family were greeted by the staff, asking common questions like how many people, lead us to our table, and taking orders even when they busy still won't forget about us. Bravo brew house staff. Would highly recommend it for families or friends gathering to come and drink, it serves pork and alcoholic drinks ( for non Muslims).
