M Design Hotel Pandan Indah — Hotel in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

1. Clean n cheap hotel at pandan Indah area. ||2) breakfast : Very lousy. Very limited food. As buffet breakfast. But you can't eat as much as you can. Must follow their menu, which set by the restaurant. Set a.. B.. C.. D.. Etcs. Example, nasi lemak, chilli, egg, cucumber.. As set A. The drink, coffee n tea.. No taste. ||I hope the hotel should discontinued using next door restaurant. Lousy food.||We stayed for 4 days, we need to collect the coupon daily from the counter. . So inconvenience. Their WiFi also, changed it everyday too. You need to request the password from counter. Very weird idea..||3) make up room : after the make up, every night facing alot mosquitoes in the room. Kindly take note.. Room 217.||4) service : all that nights still OK..n happy to stay. The last night, we didn't request for make up room. Once we reached hotel. We Request new towel, mineral water, shampoo n body shower at counter. Facing to a good looking but rude attitude . Speak to him twice, he totally ignored us. Never answered yes or not. Moreover speak to him in bahasa Malaysia.. His face like zombie. No expression at all. We waited in the room about 20 minutes.. Till we have to intercom again to counter. But answering by malay lady. It took, less than 5 minutes, the stuffs arrived. After another 5 minutes, the lousy guy came with the stuff. We informed we got the stuffs already. He still showing the zombia face to us.. The hotel management should educate the employee since its service industry.||5) TV : not many channel. Unfortunately all the channels not clear at all. Oh my god.. So boring. How can this thing can be happened!! At this century.. Kindly take...

We stayed at M Design Pandan Indah Ampang in March 2018. Hotel's complimentary car parks are right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly. There are 2 lifts, one at the lobby and the other one is at the public area. All our 3 rooms were clean. We noticed that the rooms, windows and bathrooms were designed in different shapes and sizes. The hotel provides a kettle + 2 cups (without sachets of tea or coffee), 2 bottles of drinking water and a hairdryer. There was a water dispenser at the staircase so guests can fill up their empty bottles. Bathrooms were clean. There were shampoo, soaps, bathgel and 2 towels in the bathrooms. Most of the Malaysian budget hotels do not provide toothpaste and toothbrush. However, there is a supermarket nearby (just 2-3minutes walking distance). There are some restaurants nearby too.||Upon check in, we were given breakfast coupons. Staff at the cafe were friendly too. We were to choose the set of either nasi lemak, fried noodles or fried vermicelli. The 'sambal' was too spicy and the portion for fried vermicelli was too stingy. Coffee was good.||Overall, we enjoyed our stayed there. I would like to recommend this hotel to those who are concerned about...

Booked through agoda for Queen standard no window for a work trip.
