Heartbeans Coffee — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

We came here around 8.20pm to have our dinner.They started mopping the floor at 9.00pm. Okay never mind, after that they pulled the gate down at 9.15pm and look at us and turned off the music and air-con!!!! That's mean you forcing us to finish our coffee quickly and finally we left at 9.20pm!!!!!! If your shop is closing at 9pm or 9.30pm why don't just write it at the door so we won't have our dinner here when we came around 8.20pm!!!!! This was very bad experience because we came here for nice environment and food but you kicked us out with this pattern and your shop is writing close at 10pm at the door!!!!! Thought you won't mind we will never come here again cause you don't even care about what's customer...

Having lunch here few weeks after the announcement of prohibition of taking temperature other than our forehead. Disappointed with the staff taking temperature at our hand wrist instead of forehead. Reason is everytime they scan on people's forehead it shows more than 37.5°C. Please use new and legit thermometer. Its the covid19 era now, yet they took the SOP lightly. Even before the announcement and the enforcement of the social distancing SOP, the shop didn't have a proper social distancing. 3 stars only for the food as the foods were delicious. We were here for a cup of coffee after breakfast. I personally find the coffee so so only … will try again next time coz I remember their coffee was good previously. 😅😅😅 the tea mum ordered is very nice!

The cafe had a renovation and it looks very nice now. With the special cake counters where they have few options of cakes with alcohol for you to try. We tried two types today, both tasted very nice.
