Very rude personnel. The place have cockroaches and the "big boss" just said "Oh, lipas." and left. I just continued eating as the cockroaches were not on my plate as it were on the plate where we put the crab shells. Other staff took care of it. Come payment, I used the QRPay option. I had to confirm the account as it doesn't show the restaurant name. The app did not show successful transfer display but got a notification and transaction history shows payment too. The "big boss" asked to send the screenshot to him as he can't take clear photo of my phone screen. So I did but the screenshots were not received soonest I sent it. My phone definitely have good signal as I am able to receive notifications from other apps. The "big boss" said that it's been 5 minutes and he have other things to do. That's when I got angry. I used the QRPay because it is available for use as payment option. I asked him to check the account instead since he is rushing to do other things he needs to do like it is my fault that the message is not going thru to his phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. I was excited to come in but left disappointed and angry going out. I am still contemplating on reporting to Health Department due to the...
ย ย ย Read moreCame to know this shop from the big poster outside the roads and decided to try. Surprisingly is a halal restaurant that cooks chinese meals.
Ordered below items, Buttermilk crabs: 1st order of crab has promotion of RM48 which I think is very great. Taste wise is not bad for someone who doesn't like buttermilk.
Three types steamed egg: the taste of the soy sauce is divine. Very very savory and good pair with rice. However inside suppose to have salted egg and century egg, but it has very little ingredients in it.
Mantou bread: crispy and soft use to dip with the crabs. Very nice.
Sichuan spicy chicken: this dish is not what I've expected as the spicy dish you gey from real China restaurants. It's more towards fried chicken with many dried chillies. At least the chicken was moist and juicy.
Spinach soup: very very big portion eventhough it's a small order. Nice taste and many veges, good!
Apple juice: abit tad sweet but its fine balancing with all the savoury dishes I've ordered.
Overall, not a bad restaurant. Lots of Chinese patrons when I visited that day. If you are looking for crabs for dinner then this restaurant is worth the price. Will...
ย ย ย Read moreChinese food but halal, the food taste not bad. Quite salty in my opinion but suitable for heavy-taste eaters.
However, I have to comment on one of the waiter's tone of voice. I don't know his name but he has quite long hair compared to the rest of the other waiters๐ก๐ก
There was a sign showing "Free Desserts if you rate us on social media". As I already planned to post on Instagram, I asked him what's the dessert. He replied sarcastically with "I will only tell you once you ordered". Dude, I've already sat down and want to order food. Are you so worried that I will leave the restaurant without ordering??๐
Then when I want to order the food, I tried to scan to order since there is a mini signboard says "Scan To Order". After multiple tries, fail fail fail. So I called the waiter, and it's him again. He said in a quite annoyed tone "this scan is for us to scan for you, not you scan by yourself". Then you put it up for what?!?! Logically, customers would scan themselves lah if the barcode is on the table. ๐๐๐
I had a quite unpleasant experience with that waiter. He needs to be taught with friendly interactions...
