Thank you for the hospitality during my stay last couple of weeks ago. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom. First of all, please repair the shower holder to ensure that things won't cause any incident on your guests during their bath time or you should place the room under maintenance until it is safe to operate as normal. Also, I encountered a persistent and unpleasant odor coming from the toilet in my room. Despite efforts to address it, the smell persisted throughout my stay and significantly affected my experience. Perhaps you should brief and discuss with a bathroom attendant to guarantee that your guests would be satisfied with the overall service provided. Just in case you are wondering which room I am mentioning just now, specifically speaking, please have a look at room number 109. I believe your team might be able to handle this issue if they care about visitors' well-being. Last but not least, I would like to commend the exceptional customer service provided by one of your reception staff members during my staycation. I forgot to ask him his name. The only thing I know is, that he is a Malay guy who works at morning shift during my staycation start from 26 to 28 November 2023. Great location but the room cleanliness is so poor, not well maintained. The room has bad smell even the bedsheet got stain, the washroom too was also dirty. The housekeeping shall be improved for their guests. I booked an executive standard room through Agoda at cheaper price yet I don't expect to receive this kind of poor maintained room.
