Burger Bakar Abang Burn — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

The place or area was packed for Wednesday evening. I came first with my wife to book seats for 26 people, which was fine as there was an area inside with fans which was still empty. Still, we found out they are on semi-self-service (Similar to self-service, diners order and pay for their orders at the counter, but their food is served to them when ready.), which is fine if you have a couple of people but not 26 as you don’t want all or even half of them lines up for the orders. I asked for a menu to take the orders ourselves and do the ordering, but of course, they had only one menu at the counter. So, I took snapshots of the menu on my cell, which was used as the mobile menu to show to all the 26 people (and drinks, too). I got all the orders, placed the orders and paid for everything. Everyone was excited and patiently waited for the Ikan, Giant Sotong and Lamb/chicken. Then came the rice (for some reason, the first six rice came first) and we waited for a bit. We went to the first plate, second, and third, and then we waited again for the last four plates, and eventually, we had to pack one of them. I asked the person and found out about the miscommunication within the staff about our orders. Anyway, was it worth the wait? Everyone agreed that the food was good, authentic and tasty, the portions were good, and we all loved the presentation. Except for the orders screwed up, and they should reconsider for a big group, like a group up more than 10, at least we can have a copy of the menu, and someone should be there to make sure the orders are being dealt with. the menu burger a lot of type .. there have meat , chicken and the new menu is lamb.. so if you do not like meat and lamb.. you also can order chicken...the meat so juicy and delicious.. i love meat .. this burger really really delicious... i do not know how to describe about their burger...

the service at this stall will crowded at weekend .. because this stall will crowded with people and the service at stall will be late and so slow.. but the place very strategy.. if this place full . you also can go to there stall at another branch.. so far another branch same tasty with burger bakar abang burn..

I’m sorry for rating as bad as this but this place certainly deserve to be rated one star. I came at this kedai with no one in the line, so i thought i would tapau home my burger fast but sadly no. I sat on a chair right in front of the kedai for 40minutes waiting for the burger but no one attend me after the burger is done. It was left on the table right next to the cashier for i dont know how long. Hey, whats the point you ask my name if you wouldn't call my name or even search for me. I was sitting right at the front of the kedai for god sake.

Another thing this burger is so overpriced to be charge rm8.90, rm17.90 or even rm24. Thats a good restaurant price. This is just a stall. I bought A burger ‘kahwin’ with 2 patty, beef and chicken for rm17.90. Wow i was expecting something good tho.
