1)Makanan sgt sedap sy bg ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2)Staff servis 👎👎👎👎👎 Sy pergi mkn n nak pergi bayar suddenly my father in law da bayar dulu, n then sy tnye ur cashier "boleh sy tau berapa total harga?" And then ur cashier say " saya tak tau!! Sudah bayar kan?, Dgn nada tinggi n muke masam, i know maybe die penat, tp sy try tanya lg sekali boleh cek bill tak? Then die jawab "tak boleh!! "Whaaatttttt????? Ur system rosak ke ape kalau sy mintak cek harga je??? Please mgmt ,do something with ur staff, bwk mereka pegi melancong ke utk tenangkan minda, mgkin kene bg diowg blk kg maybe die rindu family die thats why die keje tak ade mood.. mmmmmm

I already be ur customer for almost 8 years, and ur service sgt2 teribble lately..

Went here every time my wife wants Ayam Penyet and that is almost every week but honestly this would be my last. Service was really bad, no smile bad attitude (not one server, but two) and we waited for almost half an hour for them to take our order. What happened? This used to be our favorite ayam penyet place, but now it’s just another bad restaurant with a really bad service. Disappointed in the service, food is still quiet good. Food Quality - A Food Portion - A- Food Presentation - C Restaurant Cleanliness - C- Toilet - D Surau - A

Textbook example of how the management failed to improve their quality services. The restaurant was so clean and comfortable to dine in since my last visit about 2 years ago. Now the floor is dirty and wet. So is the toilet, the flush not working. Even kedai mamak has cleaner toilet. One thing that really disturbed me is the unpleasant smell inside the restaurant. We like the food, this is not a complaint, but an advice which we hope the management will take...
