麻辣想我 Mala Miss Me (麻辣香锅） — Restaurant in Batu Kawan Island

The food is bad in taste. Too salty and not mala at all. Bad layout, slow/bad service. Self service huh? Not make sense at all to request customers to pickup the food from the kitchen small window. We are not the waiter! Less variety for the mala food materials selection. Overall, it is not even worth 1 star but I am force to rate 1 star to leave a review. The peanut is superb black, I though it is black bean at first glance LOL. Peanut taste bitter because it is burn LOL. Black peanut LOL. Can’t even taste the mala although it is 大辣 Big liar. I think you shall rename your 麻辣香锅as 麻咸香锅 then it will be true for what you are actually selling. Then, the customer won’t feeling being cheated LOL. around 7pm i went Mala Miss me which having graded as 'A' for their hygiene according to MAYBE jabatan kebersihan, unfortunately, all of the ingredient freshness is not on par with their peers. Their fridge is not even cold like a fridge, i clearly feel the fridge temperature is like aircond only. Compared to its peers, the lack of vibrant and quality components was evident. As i have went to numbers of mala restaurant all of the dish is frozen with ice cubes that havent been melted. The self picked items/foods are not properly labeled, especially they are charging based on food type (vege/meat/seafood). Who would have thought they would categorised the thin beancurd skin as seafood at RM9.90 per 100g.
