As a regular customer, it is easily noticeable when any changes happened. Previously, the meal I bought always has a chicken fillet that is cut into 5 pcs, which is quite fulfilling. However, my recent purchases (as shown in the photo) only have 3 pcs of chicken fillet. This is somehow quite disappointing bcs the price now seems to not match the portion.
Another distressing incident is the staffs’ behaviour. I’ve noticed that every time I went to order, some female staffs kept chatting as if I’m not there. Instead, they’ll get other staffs that’s not even at the counter to attend to me, which resulted in a waste of my time. Not only that, once I’ve received my meal, the same staffs sort of catcalled me, asking for my phone number. I found it to be very annoying and lack of professionalism.
I hope that the management can sort out these issues in order to maintain a good standard of customer...
