樂滿堂 Le Man Tang Restaurant (Existing The Wafu Family Kitchen) — Restaurant in Batu Kawan Island

Visited on 26 Dec 12 noon,service were REALLY REALLY POOR.male staff were ok,one female staff with dark blue shirt is VERY IMPATIENT AND RUDE.

Another waitress in orange when asked to take order also show very bogam muan face.i don't know what happened to the training and management with this branch.

I went to other branch in Auto city before and sg dua.all were good.

Food taste all were more or less the same i have no comment on that,if you don't happy don't come to work don't simply show your saibin to your customer when we were just asking politely for a seat.

All the tables with conveyor belt were reserved when we asked. You can just tell us nicely instead of replying with 我真的没有骗你，全部都是有人booking liao!! with a dismissive tone.

Seriously i don't even know seat also...

This is my first time to visit here, staff friendly and nice, super cold environment. Many food varieties and they provide reasonable food portion, taste way better than sushi YA, somemore not pricey.

Food last call on 9pm, shop close on 9:30pm. When I reached here with my mum, almost close to 9pm, and we didn’t notice shop actually close on 9:30pm. We started to get worry as food still under preparing even close to 9:30pm, but the staff is so kind, let us take our time and didn’t rush us at all. Very bad service. The food we ordered was out of stock but they dint mentioned or noticed us.. After waiting for 1 hr without having or meal and ask the waiters, we only know the meal was out of stock.. Another order replaced but have to wait another 40mins plus.. For sure have to retrain your staff.. The ring bell dont not serve anything.. Staff dint attend our call even we had been pressed for few time until we call n raised our hand manually... Food not really good.....
