Very disappointed with this branch, staff not responsive and blur when serving. I place my order at 2029hrs, and food is serving after 7 minutes. Still have another one. I keep waiting until 2050hrs and one of the staff came and ask already last call and asking whether need to add on any order or food.

I said no need and I remind the staff my food not yet serve. He said “ohhh” then go to another table and ask for same question. I assume he helps me to ask the kitchen then I keep waiting my food. After 10 minutes, I saw lot of kitchen staff go out from kitchen and talking at counter. I very surprised that why my food not yet serve but the kitchen staff can talking at counter like don’t have any food order.

Lastly, I directly go to the counter and ask for my food and they just realise my food not yet serve.. 😡😡🤬🤬very sad in this situation.i not expect you give me a five star service but at least you serve my food on time. Really speechless when facing the blur staff. No recommended...

I recently visited your restaurant and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While I was looking forward to a relaxing meal, I found it difficult to enjoy due to two major issues.

Firstly, although the air conditioning was on, it did little to improve the comfort of the space. The room felt warm and stuffy, making the environment uncomfortable for dining.

Secondly — and more concerning — there were numerous flies buzzing around the dining area.. Even more than a normal kopitiam. It’s incredibly unhygienic and off-putting to have to swat away flies while trying to eat. This not only affected my appetite but also raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety.

Had a very disappointing experience today. Went in at 5:35pm. Order placed by 5:39p.m. I was the first customer. 30minutes passed after ordering, food still not here and the third group who came in 10-15mins later were already being served their food. So I waved down the waiter and after checking he told me an accident has happened so they had to redo. Fair enough. But when I received the food, the food was cold, like drinking water room temperature kind but slightly warmer. But because I was already very hungry. I had no choice but to eat it anyways. And still charged me service charge for the terrible service.
