Padi House, Design Village Outlet Mall — Restaurant in Batu Kawan Island

Hi I’m writing this is because the customer service provided by your staff is very poor, my food was first serve and after 30mins my wife food still hasn’t been serve, and we question the staff why the food took so long, after waiting for 30mins finally the food arrive, but very disappointed that the staff ordered the wrong food.

On the other hand, we ordered 2 set of half boiled eggs, the half boiled eggs arrive but it’s very raw, so we returned. After another 15mins we ask where’s the half boiled eggs, the staff took over and we opened one of the egg and it’s very not fresh. So we decided to return the eggs and cancel the order.

I’m writing this to you just to let you know, this is my first time experience in to your restaurant and it will also be my last time.

Full house during our visit. I asked the cashier and he asked me to wait outside. There was no staff to control who came first. But the cashier remembered me and ushered me in when there was an empty table. A staff member joined 2 tables to seat 7 of us. I could only take a picture of those who sat near me. The sweet sour chicken rice was delicious, so much so that my bro in law added extra rice. The salty egg fried chicken rice is even better. My fried rice with fried chicken was also good. The fried bee hoon did not disappoint. Everyone enjoys the milk shakes. Overall the food exceeded our expectations. The staff service was very helpful.
