1st impression was good.
Only few dim sum are ready to serve, most of it need to order and need to wait 10 to 20 minutes. The waiting times is quite.... Speechless. (I guess, restaurant want customers order all the dim sum 1 shot before they start to eat).
Toilet is built outside the restaurant, need to walk far away then you can use the toilet. Heard an very old aunty talking... Aiya how I come out again later when eating, so far. (I guess, restaurant want all customer pee and poo 1st before go in their restaurant). But we won't know inside have no toilet until we visited here once. Unless you put a memo tell customer you have to pee & poo before go in, else you need to walk far away from inside to toilet later.
Ask for spoon & fork for kids, waitress told me you can go that area to take, self service. Good job.
Ordered prawn Cheong fun, the skin is way too thick, and I can't even find the prawn.
Shaomai and others originally made by pork are now in chicken, taste is different but expected.
Fried prawn rolls and egg tarts not bad.
When we about to finish and leave ( we still sitting there), the waitress come collect all the tableware while we are still sitting there and drinking our tea.
1st time I come here and I went 2 times (1st time...
Read moreFood is just ok nothing unique or special but service was very poor. Was asked if we mind sharing a table (we don't mind) but once seated there were many available throughout our entire meal. As we were seated put down our order right away. We ordered a total of 8 dim sum. Food came out with interval of time (each dish came out 10 to 15 minutes apart) we asked for follow up but kept being ignored and ask to wait, the staff keep mixing up our order with other tables and the tea only arrive 40 minutes into the meal(and was watered down, tasted like they reuse the tea from other table) The prawn dumpling with mayonnaise(Ha Kok) was just deep fried wanton (dont use the name Ha Kok if your using wanton wrappers) it's supposed to be chewy chripys wrap. Beef ball was very dry. The crispy rice wrap was the most disappointing, crispy part inside was rubbery, chewy and tasted of burnt overcook and the dipping sause was watery. They charge extra for chili oil and other sauce but they only give a tea spoon amount (rip off). Curry beef tendon were soft and tender but had hardly any curry taste. Our (Chi Mai) never arrive and nobody help us follow up. They have many staff all over the place but nobody to...

Food was delicious 🤤. The dumplinga are thick with prawn meat.
We had a teapot of Pu Erh Chrysanthemum Tea in teapot. This was tasty. You can request to refill the pot. My sis bought some tea same price as dine in.
Mango Sago, Osmanthus Pudding and Coconut Pudding for dessert. Love how bouncy the puddings are. Mango sago, wish they use sweet kinda mango, taste kinda like drinking mango lassi.
MUST get is the chili oil. Sedappp.
Will be back for more dumplings 🤤. Thank you...
