If you're craving for Pau, Lo Mai Kai, Koh Chung (not sure if I got this right) - this cafe offers one of the best I've had. Opens as early as 7.30am - 5pm. A lot of variety such as Sasau Pau, Chicken Pau or Tausa Pau, normal size or big ones. As for the Koh Chung, they have the ones with grounded peanuts + pork or with white beans.
They also sell various homemade pastries such as bread, Sausage buns, coconut buns or butter cakes.
You can also order food from food vendor booths just outside the cafe's entrance such as mee soup, fried noodles, pork chop rice, fried kueh teow, nasi campur etc.
Parking around this area is very limited - always full most of the time. Please carpool or use GrabCar if you want to have breakfast, lunch or tea break at this cafe.
The cafe also offer beverages such as Teh Tarik, Kopi Ping etc but quality is just so-so.
The 4 star ratings is just for the Pau, Lo Mai Kai and Koh Chung + the reasonable price for such delicious and big portion + service.
The cafe have extended its entrance area so can accomodate more customers. If it's a hot day, best to pick seats that's inside the cafe....

They finally improved on the service. This was achieved probably by employing dedicated staff, instead of family members, therefore the upgraded star for them.
Now the have chicken curry rice! Will try that on my next visit.
Past review:
This review is for Melaka Chicken Rice stall on May 9, 2018. Ordered the normal chicken rice rm5, char siew rice rm5 and chicken kon low noodle rm6. Pricing is reasonable. Service wise, not recommended if you are very hungry. From order to serving, the simple and fast prepared food took exactly 17 minutes to arrive! From my observation, the staff seems to unable to communicate effectively with each other. The boss took our order but he seems to preoccupied with other things. A lot of time wasting involved with much talking and walking around. Hemm... will check them out again for next review. The drinks however came in within 3 minutes though, but I think drink section is operated by...
