Win Yee restaurant was the place to be few years back.. I was disappointed with the way they serve customer lately.. been giving win yee a few chances on improving their services and food taste, but about a month ago they have cross the line when food portion order was totally in different with what been written (final bill will be as on written order)..
How can you as a restaurant owner can not differentiate between 6 pcs shrimp and a half kilograms of prawns.. it is not about the money, it is about you cheating the customers to their face (me) and if that wasn't bad enough, telling me that it was tiger prawns when ask about the price for that 6 pcs "shrimp"..
Not recommend to come here.. maybe I'm having such bad luck on the last few visit but surely this is not the way to do business..

March 2023 update. Came here again, ordered the dumpling and salted egg squid. Yummy like before. Tried the ikan panggang. Also very good. Comes with sambal. Delicious!

Still the best so far. Not sure what happened to Win Yee. Maybe their cook/chef left already? But the food isn't as delicious as before. I hope they...

Nyonya style tilapia was definitely the cherry on top for tonight’s dinner. I usually only eat these kinds of meal during a family dinner and never on a 2 pax setting however there’s no regrets on this one. It...
