As usual, KFC Malaysia has probably the best KFC fried chicken in South East Asia! Haha. The hot and spicy has never disappointed me. They introduced fried sweet potato, which is nice. Even better if they don't sprinkle frosted sugar on top - which I should have informed them earlier. Service is great, maybe because there were not many customers when we went there. However, it is not the first time the branch messed up our orders.
Chicken missing a few times. Did not get what I paid for. No calls from the brach for customer feedback or even to check if the items customer recieved are accurate.
Look forward to improvements on the mentioned areas.
