This is the most comforting service I have ever received from such well known brand of a prestigious restaurant. I seldom try Malaysian restaurant just because I am a Malaysian and I have easy access for such foods, I have own stigma thinking it will have commercial taste, surprisingly No. It almost give me this impression that "Where can I find something similar to Madam Kwan's cooking ya?" 😂 My friends had curry laksa and char kuey teow respectively, which to them was pretty okay but both of them were very impressed w the one i ordered Otak-Otak Fried Rice, it was such a comfort food. They scooped mine few times. Another one really good side dish is the Rojak Buah w Soft Shell Crab, that was heavenly. I don't really remember about our drinks, I guess it was okay. But again, I'd like to highlight when it comes to service, this place is top of every places I've been, that lady surely has the charm!

It has a nice environment, staff are polite n helpful. Service from food order to actual receiving your food was fast. However, I ordered the most expensive tomato fish noodles at a whopping rm25 a bowl n sadly no option on the type of noodles plus i hate milke mixed into my soup. It didn’t taste of tomato n the noodles hmmmm, did not like it at all. The mushroom veggie on the hand was good. As it was my 1st time here, my 1st time impression unfortunately was not good. I also like to add that the soup was just warm n not hot like it should be.

Great Service! Friendly Staff! Food came out really fast! Loving this place. I came to Madam Kwan with my little brother to treat him dinner and we got the Salted Fish Fried Rice and the Nasi Bajori. To whom who gave less than 4 stars must retry this place. Really recommend this place. Although its a bit expensive, but the cost is on par with the standard (Maybe even better than what i expected). For sure will come back here in the future. Keep up the great service and delicious food. 🤩👍🏻

Madam Kwan's never disappoints. Not only is it a really nice place to eat, conveniently located at ITCC ground floor, but every dish I've tried so far has been totally delicious; packed full of complex flavours and well presentated.

Some highlights include: Nasi lemak with beef rendang. Adding a Madam Kwan's personal twist to these traditional Malaysian dishes, the rendang is melt-in-your-mouth soft and compliments the nasi lemak perfectly.

Asam laksa: another traditional Malaysian favorite packed with flavour. This laksa is not too fishy despite the generous helpings of fish present in the dish.

Deep fried dumplings: saving the best for last, these dumplings are hands down the best fried dumplings in Sabah; a must-try. Crunchy on the outside and full of dense minced prawn on the inside, you'll be sorely tempted to get seconds. And why not? If you can't eat them on the spot, you can always bring them home and have a nice...
