Marrybrown Semporna — Restaurant in Borneo

i love this marrybrown branch. theyre so kind. i came like 2 days after their opening and there is still a lot of customers coming so i decided to takeaway instead.

honestly, i waited soooo long for my takeaway but it was worth it when a staff up and come up with a soda drink. that heals me up and the reason why i want to post a review.

overall , theyre doing their best. im going to support you...

Not up to standard and very lacking.. slow service ,moody staff ,malfunction order number display screen ,clogged sink ,dirty unattended tables ,"habis ayam"??? ,empty sauce dispenser ,didn't provide tissue on the tray when serving ,food is okay ...i'm down to support local food franchise but Marrybrown Semporna branch need a serious improvements...

Very slow service. I can consider if there were lots of customers. It was only me. I took for almost 30 minutes to prepare my meal, that is burger. However when the food arrive, they were cold. Please improve your service. If not, I would say, it’ll...
