McDonald's Beverly Hills DT — Restaurant in Borneo

Always come over for a quick grab of fast food. But Mcd staff keep on giving less item food from what you ordered, it happened 3 times in a row. Already call their person in charge Ms.S.... . But same thing happens all the time. They always mentioned asking me to go there and get your food or drinks and didn't even apologize. And sad things is by the time you're realize something is missing or less than what you ordered you're on your way back or even worse you're at your house. It's not convenient to go back to the drive thru and lineup all the way just to get your food or drinks. I don't think this specific Chain restaurant is gonna change their attitude and mindset unless someone speak out and review their services. Owner of this Chain restaurant please read google review and do some investigation about it. I believe it happened to some people but their just not bother to write a review about it. It's always full with people, especially lunch time (maybe because it's still new). I've tried ordering from counter then at the kiosk afterwards and the time between my first order called to the second one I think took about 5 minutes. The first time I was there, I only ordered once over the counter and I think I waited for less than 15 minutes I guess? Quite fast considering that there are a lot of people there. One thing though, the cashier there told me that the promotions from the app can only redeem two promo per receipt. Not a big deal cause its per receipt so if I really want to redeem more than two, I just pay the first order and re-order again. waited in a long queue today just to get some ice cream at Mcdonald. The worst part is we were only informed that ice cream maker was under maintenance when we reached the drive thru counter after waiting for 40mins in the queue. Got really upset and disappointed with the service here, if u have known that is machine is under maintenence and u have EYES to see that customers are waiting in a long queue outside of ur restaurant. Why cant u just put a notice in the front of the queue??! there was a Mcd worker approached us in the mid of the queue to show us the menu before we reached the drive thru counter, but when we asked about the ice cream, she didnt mention that the ice cream machine is under maintenance.
