Came here based on the google maps review..and its 100% accurate.. This warung is a family business..very friendly abang aka the chef itself..and the kakak.. Came on friday but the kakak said the chef away and they're planning to close early..so disappointed but i came back the next day..yeayyy..i manage to try their menu...woww...its so delish...i had nasi goreng sotong tepung and fried baby kailan with chop garlic..i must say this is the best cooked meal, the best baby kailan i had in KK..even the cooked seafood at Todak definitely cant beat this abang's cooking..im so happy..my belly's full...i will definitely come back again ...tq to abg and kakak for...

Took my siblings and other family members (about 18 pax).. We had an amazing Buka Puasa at RUMAH MAKAN KG TANJUNG ARU BARU! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, reasonable price and the atmosphere was so cozy and inviting. Just by the road side. Tried a variety of dishes and every single one was a masterpiece! The ingredients were fresh and the cooking was impeccable! A must try.. Ikan bakar, Wet and dry butter prawn, Tom yam seafood, Mango salad with grilled fish.. so sedap! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back! Keep up the good work...

The food in this out of way seafood restaurant was absolutely amazing. We ordered grilled fish, prawns and squid, with a side of morning glory and ate every last morsel. The food came with the most delicious sauce - a blend of lemon grass, garlic, onions, shrimp paste, ginger and a dash of chili flakes. It was fragrant and moreish, with just a slight hint of chili. I honestly could eat it by the bowlful. This place is family home cooking at its best. HIGHLY...
