Read moreI really love it here. The environment was relaxing, silent, and cozy too. It is really suitable for the students' studying and the workers' meeting. I am guaranteed to never miss this coffee shop if I come to this mall. I also really appreciated Starbucks' willingness to hire an employee who knew only Sign Language. I had come here several times; why do I just notice it now? What am I doing? The workers are so kind and helpful. They will give you a writing pad on which you can write your order. They know we don't know the Sign Language. They are trying and willing to help you through all the progress. I had never seen this perfect workers and example before from Starbucks. I had a mindset to want to learn Sign Language to communicate with them all of a sudden. Whoa, I mean Starbucks, you really did a great job here. I am really proud of you all. I am recommending Starbucks here. I am guaranteed to come here again and again...
Read moreWorst coffee. The flat white I got came tasted like watery coffee diluted with milk. Asked the barista, how many shots they gave me, turn out it only 1 shot. Starbucks the Spring gave 2 shots of espresso for flat white (same size beverage). I need to add extra 1 shot (I paid for the extra shot), and barista felt the need to compensate for the lack of shot in the first place, so she gave me 2 extra shots. I ended with the most terrible coffe in my life.
Threw my Starbucks card in the bin. Bought an espresso machine. Bought a coffee grinder. Bought a small bean roaster.
Been roasting my own coffee bean, grind my own coffee, and make my own flat white. Best....
