I'm all for the food, it was amazing. However, it took me 40 minutes to actually sit down and eat, why? Well at first, I stood around hoping for a staff member to find me and when she did, well, given at the fact this worker was annoyed, I immediately knew this was going to be the most difficult dinner of my life.
The lady who had served me was incredibly aloof. Did someone lie in their CV saying they had 'excellent customer service skills' or what? There was no tone of even wanting to be there, even if it was fake, I would've been thankful for that but no, I was met with a bored, upset face who wanted me gone. I could go on further on how she looked disgusted with my communication with her.
After paying the amount, I was led to a table, she didn't speak, she just did her thing and walked away. I was expecting a guide on where the food was, was I not foreign enough to look like this was my first time coming? I had walked around looking confused and if it weren't for watching other customers I wouldn't have found the drinks, sauces and noodles section.
Absolutely ridiculous, if you ever want to come here, don't, I trust you will find better food in a Burger King and definitely, better customer service. I want to speak with someone after looking at the same reviews...

Bad service. The staff forget about my food. I waited for more than an hour for my food. My kimchi soup served first and it took 30 minutes later for my friend bulgogi chicken. Then the stuff forget about my bulgogi beef.
Quality of food not consistent. The staff forget about food and I inform her, after they acknowledge about it and they serve my food in a bad quality. The texture of the bulgogi rice like porridge. Really can't tolerate this, forget my food and serve me with this kind of quality food after my long waiting is really unacceptable.
Ordering app seem to have bug . I am not sure why but your ordering app seem to have bug. When I want to order soft drink like pepsi and sprite it states unavailable but when I select bulgogi set (include free soft drink and side) the option for sprite and pepsi are available for me to select. it is kinda strange.
In short, I had bad experience dining here probably because of peak time and the staffs were not ready for it. Based on my observations, it seem like lack of staff and training for staff. And only one small plate of meat. You guys don’t even refill the tray. And this shop only provided 1 tray of meat and the rest all chicken. Don’t expect all people like to eat chicken. And your seafood always out of stock. Where is your shameless ? When customers asking about your food stocks. And the worker don’t even refilled. And let it empty. Suck!!
