Sushi King Vivacity Megamall — Restaurant in Borneo

Update! 2/5/22. Slow&bad service. Food conveyer mostly empty with 2-4 kinda of food choice. Got my drink after Sat their almost 30min! Asking at the waiters twice! The 1st waiter said," im only served the food(probably kitchen staff) , the water should be the service girl job". RIP teamwork & communication. my 1st Bad experience with sushi king. We all knew ist eid mubarak. The management should prepare well as it's public holiday. 👎👎👎👎👎 Got our main meal approximately 1 HOUR. Fast food or slow food? Im not gonna blame the staff that are working that time because I saw they work hard & non stop cleaning & servings. The person that i blame is the manager of this branch. RIP SERVICE CHARGE.

The place atmosphere and cleanliness is okay. The downfall comes from the food and service.

For one thing, it's no longer the Sushi King that we knew from 10 years ago. I ordered Unagi Temaki, and to my disappointment the unagi was dry and tasteless. The piece of chicken meat on Karaage Teriyaki Mayo was again, dry and tasteless. Even the sushi on the conveyer belt looks dry and sad.

The service crew looked like they are being dragged here and forced to work. Insincere and soulless. Considering we're being charged a 6% service tax, I fail to see how it's worth the 6% consumers are paying.

Indeed, there are other alternatives in this mall. Unless unnecessary, I wouldn't suggest Japan cuisine to anyone here. There are better options with...

Dear management, Please consider all ratings and reviews here. My case was slow service, rice on sushi on conveyor belt tasted weird on my visit 27/4/21, missing order and wrong order. We ordered Yakiniku & Chicken Nanban Bento but was served Tenpura & Chicken Nanban Bento instead (refer photo). When we told them it wasn't our order, the supervisor convinced that was what we ordered. I believe management should take ratings and reviews here seriously. Do something. We paid for our food and services only to meet with poor service and food quality. Mind you it wasn't full house or heavy service during our visit.
