For a shop that has tenanted Vivacity since its inception, I’m extremely disappointed by the service offered by waiters on this particular visit. No staff to attend to us while waiting to be allocated a seat (didn’t want to seem rude and walk straight in). We walked in eventually anyway. And after being seated and hailing for a staff to take order, we were ignored 4 times, approximately 10 mins. Restaurant was not even at 30% occupancy yet the delay in us being able to place our order. We noticed 1 staff serving food and the other using her phone at what seems to be a staff area.
When the waiter eventually took our order, he seemed upset and impatient with us instead of us with him. There were 3 of us seated. I wasted no time telling him our order. Immediately after he took my order, he turned his body and asked whether that was all. I’m pretty sure basic common sense would be able to deduce that since 3 people were seated that we would place more than 1 order. Never asked if we were done but after the 3rd person ordered, just walked away.
Vivacity houses more than just local but international/visiting guests. Please uphold the quality of our sarawakian goods/services. It’s unreasonable to demand for world class standard, but at the very least we should try to stay relevant in service...

1 star mostly because of service waited too long for food. First order arrived after 15 minutes. After all the food arrived, we still havent got our drinks
chicken rice was nice, but the chicken was served cold as if it was placed directly under air conditioner
I ordered rainbow fruit something2. I asked how big is the regular. "It is small, only children can get full", so i ordered large, and its actually enough for 4 people to share. Very misleading description by the waitress. And there was no fruit, just nata de coco, although the menu shows picture of sliced orange
I called one of the waiter who's mopping the floor, instead of moving closer to listen my request, he stood there, as if expecting me to move closer and make him listen. Very unprofessional
the girl behind us dropped her chilli sauce on the floor and it splat across the floor to our table. She asked for another chilli and the waiter served her. The floor was left uncleaned even after we paid the bills. Are you blind?
we paid a premium price to eat here but the service is far from decent. Its like the restaurant is run by untrained highschool employee
My first and last. And if youre planning to eat here, be prepared to get...

Today was my first time eating at this restaurant.
First, to order, you have to scan a QR code on a piece of paper and order through your phone. I thought, what happens if someone has poor mobile signal? Unless the restaurant provides free WiFi,
Second, the dining tables were not cleaned quickly before the next customer arrived, we had to wait for the staff to clean the table even though we were already seated,
Third, the portion of rice was small, and it wasn’t warm just like the dishes, which were served cold. The chicken was tough, hard to cut, and undercooked some parts were still raw,
This is my first and last time I'll be eating here. The price is not worth it for the quality of food served,
Seriously, I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat at this place. It's better to eat at a food court or somewhere you already know serves good and worthwhile food,
There's nothing wrong with the menu itself, the problem is the cook or the staff who dont know how to prepare food properly,
I couldn't even finish the food...
