Baa Baa Black Sheep — Restaurant in George Town

Initially, we were interested to dine-in in this cafe despite a deal we bought with restriction take away only. We then request a courtesy from the cafe attendant to let us dine in, i'm very sure there were about five empty tables can serve. Nevertheless, the cafe attendant not allow us to do so. We try to ask again, but the answer is very strict.

We then ended up eating in car once we get the food. I believe any owner would love to offer deals to customer so that people interested to come this cafe to have a great experience, how dare to come again if so.

I felt very sorry for asking too much, definately will share my experience to my friends and will never come again.

By the way, the food was small in portion however pricey, pesto spaghetti very oily and salty despite too little pesto sauce. For Your Reference, Fave deals were rmRM42 (rm19.90 x2 +some fave charges) for two person plus drinks, take away only , menu were rm19 for a speghetti already. Deals can cancel at limited time frame, suggest buy deals on the same day or choose other cafe offering dine in option for value of money and eco friend option...

Was here for a dinner before meeting up with my friend. Ordered a Grilled Chicken with pesto sauce with spaghetti.

Won't say it's overpriced given the fact that there was limited choices around the area and opposite the cafe were high end hotels/resorts.

But what gave me to write this cafe as a 3* was because of the quality of the food that I paid for. The chicken was dry and the pesto sauce topped with it was just a cover up, as if they did not know how to do a grilled chicken. Mushroom slices was so thin that it was so pathetic. Also, I don't know because they want to close as soon as possible or what, the spaghetti wasn't even totally drained out from the water.

The ambience was fine and the use of space was really good - especially the outdoor space. The staff was attentive to request too. There was Wifi provided by the cafe - but I don't seem to get any internet connection from it.

Given all this facts, it speaks a lot on how the chef would do for the other dishes - mood and time. Would not really...

Amazing food and perfect service. I love the place. They serve breakfast all day long and some other dishes. Looking at the menu, the choice seems limited, but everything I tried so far was delicious. Plus they are very accommodating to modifications and mixing and matching. They even have good olive oil and balsâmico vinegar (In stark contrast to the four star hotels restaurants across the street.)
