The staff at Laguna Bay Bar deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Emily, from the planning stages to the execution of the event, she is professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their dedication truly made our experience seamless and stress-free events.

The food is okay, coz we are the one choose it. The diverse menu catered to a variety of tastes, and the highlight : bartenders skillfully crafted cocktails that added an extra flair to the celebration.

One of the standout features was the flexibility of the venue. Whether you wanted to dance the night away on the spacious sandy dance floor or enjoy a more intimate conversation in one of the cozy lounge areas at the back of our registration, Laguna Bay Bar offered the ideal space for every mood.

The management's attention to detail was evident throughout the night. Lighting, sound, and overall event coordination were flawlessly executed, contributing to the overall success of our Teleperformance Year End Party.

I recently visited Laguna Bay Beach Bar Penang for dinner with my kids, and I must say that my experience was very disappointing. One of the main attractions advertised was the fire performance, but it was delayed, causing us to wait for an extended period after our meal.

To make matters worse, when we finally decided to sit at an unoccupied table to watch the fire performance, the waiter approached us in a very rude manner. Instead of politely informing us about any restrictions or reservations, he scolded and shouted at us, even going as far as pushing our chairs and chasing us out of the restaurant in front of other customers eventhough we had showed him our receipt and explained to him politely. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnished our overall dining experience. We had feedback this incident to the manager on duty immediately. It's essential for a restaurant to prioritize customer service and treat their patrons with respect. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to Laguna Bay Beach Bar. Saw their advert on FB, was curious to visit this place. All the way, from the other side of the island. Emily was very friendly on WhatsApp. Reached the bar, place was packed, made reservations earlier, we were late. It's ok. There was a table. Such nice atmosphere, was really happy to have a new bar on Penang island's beach bar. Kitchen closed. We were hungry. It's ok. Ordered 1 bucket of tiger Beer RM65 with the menu stated HAPPY HOUR ALL DAY LONG. The waiter told us finished. So we ordered 5 mugs of TIGER BEER STATED RM50 on the menu. Guess what?! Bill came at RM80+. When we asked why? Ohh that's for canned beer, not draught beer. But no one explained that to us earlier. They insisted we pay RM80+. So we spoke to the manager about this.
