The ratings for this store is true, and it being empty on a hot weekend shows how bad this outlet truly is.

Food - Absolutely horrible, taste is off compared to other stores, ordered ice blended and got cold diluted tea No point in ordering iced drinks, when by the time you get your order there will be no ice anyways. So apparently if i order for pick up you cant replace my drink. if its company policy then fine, but the least you could do is put it in your cooler bag?? in other outlets, at least there's air conditioning, but i dont know who decided it was a good idea to leave it to sit out in the hot weather.

Service - Its fine, seen better and friendlier workers Glad to see your workers are able to complete orders so fast and just leave them to sit under the hot sun, while they sit and chat

Atmosphere - looks better in pictures dirty, filthy, mismanaged. Better save your money to go to other outlets or better yet go to starbucks or coffee bean, better food, better service, better...

I visited the shop because of the HOK and Chagee collaboration. While I understand they were busy, I waited at the counter without acknowledgment. When I finally ordered, one of the Chinese baristas (name starts with V) was inattentive and barely responsive when I asked about the terms and conditions for the free gift. Although another barista kindly explained the T&C when I received my order, the overall experience was unpleasant. It would be better to give ZERO STAR. Worst Chagee ever ! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF. Self making decision for the customer, didnt ask hot / cold and sugar level as well as size. Make all these decisions by themselves(the chinese girls) for the customer without asking customer's permission. Give the drinks that i dont want.
