Nasi Tomato Pokok Pelam — Restaurant in George Town

Had a short and delightful time here. The adik was super helpful explaining to me what I should get, even giving me free papadom. One of them even helped stopped the traffic so we can reverse our car into the tiny main road.

The adik also explained that if we're having the food there, we should park inside the yard of the house situated before their stall. And their stall opens at 12.30pm until 11.30pm and closes during the weekends.

We bought the food at 4pm and ate at 5.30pm at our hotel room and the food was really scrumptious. We took bergedil, ayam bawang, sotong and vege, and it cost us RM14 per pack.

We are pretty happy with the food and will come back if we are on holiday in...

Gerai kecil beroperasi di hadapan laman rumah mereka. Terletak di tepi jalan utama yang sempit dan sibuk, menyukarkan laluan keluar masuk kenderaan. Parking untuk kereta pun terhad. Dahulu mereka jual untuk take away sahaja kini dah boleh dine in.

Kawasan sekitar bersih, jumlah meja makan pun boleh dikatakan bersesuaian dengan saiz dining area. Saya dine in di sini ambil nasi tomato, ayam goreng, sayur kobis masak kunyit & telur rebus berserta sirap ais. Harga berpatutan.

Dari segi rasa, nasi tomato agak biasa. Nasinya tidak begitu beraroma dan hampir seakan-akan rasa nasi putih biasa. Minyak sapi serta bawang kena banyak, baru naik aroma nasi tomato. Tapi dari segi rasa lauknya, ok. Sedap. Ayam gorengnya berasa perapan rempah ratusnya selain garing. Kuah saya hanya letak kuah daging hitam, kuah ayam masak merah & kuah dalca. Seimbang dari segi rasa. Tiada rasa yang dominant cuma...

Poor service, waiting almost 15 minutes,when my turn nasi tomato already out off stock,they should announcement when nasi tomato already finished.. waste my time and selfish sellers... I'm swear that's last time I'm buy from the shop annoying...
