I had a truly pleasant experience at Starbucks today and would love to give a shoutout to one of the staff members, Khabil. I was surprised to find out that heās actually newābecause his service was so friendly, attentive, and professional that it didnāt feel like he was new at all.
I was curious about one of the new drinks, and Khabil honestly shared his own experience, saying he had tried it and thought it was really good. His genuine recommendation gave me the confidence to try it tooāand Iām glad I did. By the way, the new flavour tastes really good! š
What impressed me even more was that he kindly reminded me about a discount available if I reloaded my Starbucks card, which was exactly what I needed to do. That thoughtful reminder showed that he truly pays attention to customersā needs.
Overall, I really appreciated the great service....

Writing this is to bring attention to the management for awareness as the google is showing the operating hours is starting from 6:30am. As usual weekday, head to work and plan to get a coffee on the way to work.
Time reach at drive thru around 7:15am, somehow the drive thru shows blank screen and no one responding even I wait for 5min there. Fine, maybe their system having issue. Iām okay with it, then I proceed to walk in as I found a place to park. However, the door is locked even the staff already inside. Then a staff open the door and inform they only open at 7:30am.
If you changing your operating hours shouldnāt the management or the staff make changes on google? This is a very suck...

This Starbucks is a favoriteĀ of mine. During my numerous visits, I was given expired milk once and an incorrect order-quite a number of times. That was fine, no big deal; people make mistakes. Due to the high number of errors, I made it a point to double-check my order while it was being prepared to avoid them having to remake my coffee (basically to save them extra jobs). A rude server (I'm not going to name shame here) had the audacity to tell me off while I was observing because he was afraid my order would be incorrectly made again. As I disregarded his obnoxious request, he began banging and slamming every piece of equipment, cup, and ice tray. I believe the server needs toĀ be retrained.
Coffee is always good though-when done correctly. So,...
