I would like to complain Sushi Ya Bayan Lepas (Solaria) branch for treating customer badly. I ordered through website at 29/6/2025 at 18:38 for drive through collection and the delivery time stated to be 18:55. I arrived at 19:00 but no one contacted me or sent me the food. I called them at 19:08, 19:33 and 19:40 and the only respond I received was in preparation. At 19:45, I personally attended in the shop and requested for explanation from branch manager. Then only being informed that they gave the my order to the other customer. There was no action taken by the shop like updating me or informing me the issue until I attended physically inside. After my complain in person, they only treated my order seriously. Finally after 1 hour waiting, I got my damn sushi. Had dinner in sushi ya Solaria, this is the worst sushi restaurant I've ever visited. Food taste bad, salmon not fresh (fishy smell), long wait 30min for food to arrived. Half way eating, strong rain outside, the rain water splash in several times and nobody care to block the rain in as the door open due to strong wind. Told the supervisor that the rain splash in many time and we do not sit near to the door, she answer 'you boleh tukar tempat', we told her we are half way eating, we don't want to move.
