Acupaday — Restaurant in George Town

Purposely dropped in to try the foods as we seen the place normally packed with diners.

Definitely coming back again after today experiences. They served good foods that explained all.

Love the bacon bagel !! The crispy bacon and the fresh tangy salads went completely well with the soft & light poppy seed bagel. It was a prefect combination of flavour and texture.

The prefect starter; tomato soup was rich, tangy and not overly creamy. The common side dish garlic bread was nicely toasted with fresh garlic and herbs.

The grilled sea-bass with the rich avocado chutney/purée is quite good too. But personally thinks that the chutney need more kicks on the pallet.

As for beverage, the Mocha is deep and rich with a nice aroma coffee flavour. Not too sweet, just the right thickness too. Thumbs up!

However, we hope to see more choices in the menu.

Last but not lease, we are very happy with the customer service. One of the young girl assistant was very friendly, she willing to spend time explaining the foods & beverage selection.

On our 2nd visit, we have tried the lovely pumpkin soup with the right amount of sweetness and thickness.

The staff’s behaviour is really unwelcoming and the way they communicate with customers is a bit rude at the acupaday in Solaria Square outlet . I come to buy food today and I was waiting to scan MySejahtera . In the meantime I saw one of your staff talking to the grab food driver , and it was so rude . I would not like to mention who it is but in brief please remind your staffs to communicate to customers in a proper way . When seeing the way your staff treat and talk to the grab food driver really made me feel uncomfortable to even come to your shop or recommend the service there to people I know . You have such an amazing shop and offers delicious meals but when it comes to customer service, it’s really hurtful to know they are not well trained . Please remind your staffs that grab food drivers are also humans and they are working for money as well, they don’t deserved to be treated in any other way. Because it also makes us customers to well miserable. Thank you. Hope to not encounter this again , really appreciate it if your staffs can...

Bright, clean n comfy seats. One is greeted enthusiastically w a chorus of "Hello! Welcome!" when one step into e café. Score pts alrdy 😏

I sat at a row of very comfortable bench seating, w pretty throw pillows scattered abundantly thru out. I felt like home.

Ordered a Bagel Rendang Chicken Burger. E super friendly staff suggested I may swap e fries out for spaghetti if I'm hungry. Yes, why not?

Food was served in less than 10mins. Bagel lightly toasted w butter n crisp on e inside. Melted cheese resting on a nest of chicken rendang, lightly seasoned spaghetti w chilli flakes n olive oil. The portion is huge! Excellent East meets West, fragrantly spiced rendang w ham n cheese w bagel. Every bite is full of flavour. I gobbled up every bit of e dish, including e salad.

I was told by e staff they hv very gd chempedak cake too, bt was too full to try. Will certainly visit again.

And oh... It only cost me RM25 for e burger w a handcrafted flat white....
