Read moreFirst time brought my mum here. Friend recommended the hokkien noodle is good, so went to give it a try. When entering the shop, see 4 to 5 staffs standing near counter. I showed them a sign 2 persons. One of them just point in and nobody brought us to any table. My first impression was that’s how the service is. So we simply choose one table and sit down. Still no-one serve us, not even offer a menu. I noticed there’s a qr code on the table, i assumed we need to scan the qr code and place order. Then the qr took 5 mins to appeared after scan.Since we know what we want to eat, i directly search for hokkien mee and place the orders. As for drinks, lazy to search one by one online, we gave up. After ordering, we wait till 15mins still no food served. Suddenly i saw the next table came 10mins late then us had hokkien mee served. Furthermore they were given book menu. Maybe they asked? I went to the counter asking what happened to my order and the cashier told me there’s only one auntie in the kitchen. I accepted the excuse and continue waiting. Again I saw the next table which was behind us served with another noodle from the kitchen. The moment they served was after my complain and 20mins later , again the person served told us there was one auntie in the kitchen. We totally understand the man power shortage , but can’t they just follow the queue? I will never visit this shop again though the food not that bad but not as good as hawker centre and I need to paid rm 44 just to buy the long waiting noodle. In addition that time shop has very few customers . 3 star for very...
Read moreFood quality and services dropped so much comparing to my 1st visit in April 2023. It's not full house today. Table services were very poor quality. They served wrong orders to the tables. Food quality dropped dramatically : Chicken hor fun - super salty broth. Nasi Lemak kunyit - the rice is good, but the kunyit ayam very salty. Half boiled eggs in toast - nothing gone wrong here, luckily!
All the food finnished but our toast with butter sugar haven't arrived after 25 minute from the time food ordered. We spoken to the person-in-charged (a female with black cloth), the feedback we got from her was not satisfying. We understood the toast are freshly bake, but how come out another order with eggs on toast arrived 10 min earlier? And if it's freshly baked, how come you were able to bring us a plate of luke warm sugar butter toast right after I raised the issue to you? (luke warm means the toast were probably put aside sometimes without serving to customers) The attitude of person-in Charge was bad. More room of improvement in handling...
