I highly recommend this place for their soybean drink and soybean pudding dessert (also known as dou fu hua, dou hua, tau fu fah). You have the option of plain sugar or palm sugar syrup when ordering the soybean drink and pudding, and I always go for the palm sugar as the fragrance from the palm sugar compliments them perfectly. I also love adding grass jelly to the soybean drink (it's the OG boba tea concept before boba tea came along), and it's fantastic on a hot afternoon. The soybean pudding's texture is neither too hard or too soft, and very smooth.
Ran by a family, everything is made fresh daily, and the place looks neat and clean from the serving area to the tables and chairs that are wiped down after every customer. I believe the wife is from Vietnam, and they offer simple Vietnamese spring rolls as well as some Vietnamese staple food items on their shelves (coffee, rice paper wraps, cashews, etc). Smooth tau foo fah , generous portion till container is full and sweet brown sugar. Only one feedback tau foo fah got some water in container because when scoop it mix everything so u need to pour away water before adding sugar syrup.
