definitely a big NONO, service very bad, food under average, NOT RECOMMEND

I don't eat the tomato tin white bean, so when I order I ask the waitress, request serve without tat white bean, and double confirm the order, the waitress repeated the order mentioning without it, then I got my oriental chicken chop with tomato white bean in it, so I ask to change tat, becoz tat was not my mistake at all, and I m not okay with it, then the waitress didn't even say sorry, get the plate showing me the face, and the replacement plate is obviously just take the white bean off, and the tomato sauce is still there (they didn't even bother to change it) and didn't even say sorry and feel sorry about it at all, I m totally disappointed on Thier service, and that was Thier mistake after all.

Brought my overseas friends to Will and we ordered mostly fish dishes. However today's meal was especially too salty for all of us. Especially the salmon with black pepper sauce. Both fish and sauce were exceptionally salty. It's like the chef forgot that they had already put salt. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thankful that they were accommodating to our request for a dish of coleslaw to counter the saltiness. My poor friend was sensitive to dishes that were too salty - mood killer.

Noted to the chef, it's better to have the dish to be less salty. If the customer need more, they have the option to add more themselves. You should also read up on the impact to your customer's health for having too much salt. I would think you would want long living patrons to your restaurant.

Unknown to me, this Western Food outlet has been around for quite a while; having moved around to finally come to the present fourth location. I can understand the popularity at this outlet as the prices are most affordable , like coffeeshop prices. But is the quality of the food god? My humble opinion gives it 4 stars as it is pretty delicious. The quite big piece of chicken is not greasy.The chicken is grilled to perfection and served without sauce or with your choice of mushroom or black pepper sauce.The grilled chicken is tenderly seasoned to complement the sauce if you are having it with the mushroom or black pepper sauce. You also get some vegetables and plenty of French fries. Worth the wait if you are there when crowded. Bon Appetit. Comments...
