Not knowing that this shop accept to order first before arrive? Is this real?

I waited for 1hour15min for just only 2dishes. When I arrived the shop, the staff said my order have to wait 40min to be serve. Im ok and drop the order. 15min pass… a group of people came in ( 13pax of them ), and I feel safe because I drop the order before they came or else i don’t know how long should I wait.

Another 10min pass… THIER FOOD SERVE!! 13pax of them. Slowly serve one by one. Ridiculous!

I walk to the staff and ask.. the staff just answer me because they drop the order before they came.

I heard that this 13pax one of them is the owner of this shop.. if a professional manageable owner won’t let their customers wait for so long just because he want to let his friends enjoy the priority.

So to all the customers… please drop your order first before you arrive the shop. Or else you have to wait for...

Xiang Yun Vegetarian Café is a delightful spot for wholesome meals at very reasonable prices. What stood out to me was how satisfying and flavorful vegetarian food can be when prepared with such care.

The satay was a real treat. Super well-marinated, grilled just right, and paired with a tasty peanut sauce that didn’t make me miss the meat version at all. The chicken rendang rice set was equally impressive, rich in aroma and depth of flavor, with a nice balance of spice and creaminess.

What surprised me most was the tau fu fah. Unlike the usual light dessert, theirs was hearty and comforting. Soothing, smooth, warm, and just the right level of sweetness, making it a perfect ending to the meal.

To be honest, they got very nice vegetarian menu. My mum and family love their food so much but Everytime when we came, we also need to wait one hour And above. And this time, we got very very bad experience as If not wrong the shop owner is inviting her friends come for lunch. And I’m pretty sure that we arrived the restaurant 15 mins earlier than them. And I’m pretty sure that, we drop the order before they did. But they just get served first. And the table got 13 pax. Try to imagine the people at first tell us we might need to wait 30-40mins and now, already 1 hour 10 mins. But my foods haven’t served yet and they need to settle Alot of grab orders too. Please don’t feel that everyone got very long hour of lunch time. Hope that next time when we come, they can atlease be...
