McDonald's Batu Berendam DT — Restaurant in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

Time: around 7.40am Date: 9/3/2025 We were deciding on what to eat and looking at the menu in the drive thru, one elderly female staff displayed unpleasant behaviour throughout the ordering process. Example: bayar dekat depan (sounding annoyed), staying silent and looking annoyed when we asked if we could pay with card, when my partner inserted the card she said “touch je” in an annoyed tone and didn’t look at us the whole time.

Example 2: we waited at the pick up area for around five minutes, it took so long that we started using our phones and looking up to check if they were done. One time we looked up and saw the staff just just holding the bag and waiting for us to look over. She didn’t knock to let us know she was waiting and the minute we took the bag she got up and left the window.

All these are subtle yet strong signs of annoyance and just poor customer service. Do work on teaching your staff some basic manners to make the mcd experience more enjoyable :)

ps: food was not hot too so I wonder what took...

Did a drive thru and ordered a set of spicy mcdeluxe , when I’m about to take my food and check if they gave me everything I ordered , the Indian worker that worked there told me to go because there’s people waiting at the back and when I park aside and check my bag , they didn’t give me my fries .. called the franchise number and they told me to send prove so I did , I sent my receipt and picture of the things in my bag , but they said they can’t refund 💀🤡 rude and horrible workers at the McDonald’s here, so I went to McDonald’s Limbongan today and told the manager , and the manager was so good she offered me a free large fries and said sorry on behalf of them . Shame on the workers at mcd batu berendam , Limbongan mcd workers looked and served us more professionally. I’m going to file a report again to the Indian...
