7/9/2023 i drive thru and bayar on 6:58pm the worker asked me to park waiting there while prepare my spicy chicken wrap. I wait for 15 MINUTES tapi still tak dapat2 sampai I HAVE TO CALL 063170712 bcs of the waiting time lama sangat. And after that the worker came out BUT bagi the food dekat kereta lain yang park AFTER I park waiting area tu. I wait more longer than other car tapi other car got first??!! Where the logic?!! (2) when the time i ate the wrap, the wrap bukan wrap? MCD PLEASE HANTAR YOUR WORKER TRAINING PROPERLY, wrap pun tak boleh wrap, wrap cincai, i open the wrap to eat tapi berterabur! I pulak kena wrap semula!! Also i drive thru mcd sebab nak cepat tapi dah macam kedai makan biasa pulak kena ada waiting time sampai 15 minutes only for wrap yang berterabur. (3) your drive thru cashier also bad behaviour. please kau ddk situ bukan jadi patung take order je? You supposed to greet customer, SMILE, say āTHANK YOUā (4) your queu up line for drive thru is a messed up, somecar coming to queu from left & right side and bcs of that, caused ppl cutting the queu sesuka hati! I used my McDonaldās app to order the curly fries payment approval on 23.20 end of that I get my food 23.56 in between I keep asking the staff about my food status but the staff reply poorly and ignored what I ask until one of the customer went in front and ask about his ordered. Then, I asked the customer when he ordered his food, he said he ordered 15 minutes earlier, he ordered the same menu as mine but I wait for 30minutes just for that one dish while he only wait for 15minutes. The staff even missed up my order and continue those number until 190+ . One more thing is I redeem one of the food from McdApps. They told me no ice cream can be served due to machine spoiled , but why Drive thru customers even can get Mcflurry Ice cream at all ~ ?
