Bad service! Today 20/6/21, Father's day I ordered Sushi Mentai via WhatsApp and was confirmed by the shop at 3:25pm. I informed that I wanted to collect at 6:15pm. When I reached there at about 6:15pm, several ppl waited outside shop and some didn't maintain social distancing. It was quite a mess and no line for me to queue and no one to speak to. I waited for a while but still no one came out to serve so I went in as other customer went in too. I had to wait again inside the shop as all staff were busy, fine I understood. Finally I managed to speak to a waiter, I actually called him loud, felt embarrassed but if I didn't call I didn't know for how long I needed to wait. I told the eaiter about my order. I was told one of the items I ordered was out of stock, I said but my order was confirmed. He said it was out of stock at that time. Fine, ia accepted. After thst, he said, if I still wanted the food I ordered, I needed to wait outside the shop for 30mins and someone would WhatApp me. He added, if didn't want already, I could cancel. Wait, I told him, I came from so far with pre-order but was treated so. They should have informed me about the waiting time when I pre-ordered via WhatsApp. I informed 2 times via WhatsApp that I wanted to collect at 6:15pm and the answer was 'can'. And would 30mins later other items of my order out of stock too? It is hard to buy food after 6:45pm due to FMCO. I cancelled the order and left. I pre-ordered the sushi on behalf of my children as they wanted to treat the father....

Most of the staff have good service,,why i said most, because as returning guest for last our visit we little bit dsapointed with one of the servicer,, i cant mentioned his name because no Name tag,, he look like Arabians with (), we just came and start order, another fellow politely taking our order form and submit it and after view minutes that arabian look guy return back our ORDER SLIP with just throw away to our table until the order slip fall, without greeting (SO RUDE AND NO MANERS),and leave our table!!!!!!!! i dont know what his problems but seriously that run my mod ,,, i dont want make any complain just try continue enjoy our sushi due today is our off day and i try to maintain my Mod,, Dear mentai sushi management hope you can take any action to re train to ensure your staff deliver Good Coustemer Service,, due you have good food and potential 😊😊😊😊#MentaiSushilovers

Your four big airconds no longer functioning well. Even more when the restaurant is loaded with people(full house). The seating arrangement is too crowded, not suitable for families with small kids. You want to earn so much at one time by putting such many seats. But, the comfort level is compromised. Your staffs weren't happy working, all drenched with sweat. They also quarreled in front of customers. How can they prepare hygienic food and provide quality services?the dirty used mop is left near the sink area at the toilet entrance. A small girl who just wanted to go for a hand wash got their dress all wet from the dirty mop. Oh my God. Horrible experience coming here. I think I made a written-complaint before regarding the facilities and services, but seems like no actions taken. Today, I decided to take this to google review. One day, your business will suffer if you let these petty issues prolong,without putting your customers'and staffs'...
