I went there on last Friday with an intention to get my work done at there, but the wifi is down.
However, the main issue is that the worker saw Iām setting up my laptop at the desk for the past 10 minutes plus before I place my order as I was waiting for the prior customerās drink ready to be served. But⦠he didnāt inform me that the wifi is down when Iām purchasing my drink. Until after I have purchased the coffee and I notice that the receipt didnāt consist of the wifi password. Then, I proceed to ask for the wifi password and only then the staff check with his manager or maybe co-worker with an answer āthereās issue with wifiā which resulted in me finding another place with wifi.
They should at least put a notice at the main entrance that the wifi is down so customer is aware. Why am I paying for my drink and food at the first place if I canāt use the wifi? My expectation is that Starbucks should have wifi, which is crucial for someone like me that work offsite.
I will ban this place and refrain myself from coming here again.
On another note, better go to nearby McD with a strong wifi and itās free. I went to McD after that and I did purchase food from McD even though the wifi...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreItās been a long time I didnāt order Starbucksā drinks. Today, my friend and I drive thru Starbucks at Malim Jaya and I ordered a Green Tea Latte. When I get the drinks and try it, it really taste like mineral water + only green tea powder but not latte. Itās really disappointed and sucks.
My friend ordered chocolate cream chip. The staff then ask her which flavor does she want,caramel, hazelnut or vanilla. (He didnāt said itās ADD ON!) Then my friend said hazelnut because she thought itās the flavor of the drinks. When she get the drinks, itās just hazelnut topping!
I know these are the tactic of Starbucks but shouldnāt they mentioned itās add on or what? We both felt like being cheated. Bcuz of this, weāll never go for again since there are so many other choices. BYE...
