After reading all the good reviews, decided to give this place a try... One thing for sure, everything seems to be salt galore
Couldn't even find the slightest century egg in the century egg lean meat porridge and it was downright salty... 4/10
The Shen Jian Bao was tasty on the outside, but was very salty in the inside 5/10
The mushroom truffle dumpling has very little black truffle taste in it but the taste otherwise was perfect 6/10
The chee cheong fun was soft, and delicate and was really tasty 8/10
Roasted Goose is something that is so difficult to find in Singapore, is definitely the one to go for. Get the lower quarter and don't chop the drumstick. Grab it and eat it with your hands. It is almost as good as HK's Kam Roasted Goose. However, the taste of freshness is something you can never find unless you are eating at the place of the Goose origin - Guangdong. Hence, the score of 7/10
Red Date Cake was just nice to its sweetness. 9/10
Overall, based on the taste per buck, it would be a 6.7 or 7/10
Would I purposely cross the causeway to have this? No. Will I go for another round to satisfy my cravings for roasted goose if I am coincidentally in Johor? Yes. I will.
Service wise, everyone was smiling. The manager even took pains to explain the way to eat Roasted Goose and even showed how and where they got their supply of goose. Something not many...

However, my experience with the roasted duck was less favorable. Some parts of the duck were not cleaned properly, resulting in an unpleasant smell.
While the service was excellent, which is always a plus, the food did not meet my expectations. The total bill was 98 ringgit, and I was left feeling like the experience was not worth it. I hope they can improve on these aspects, as the café has great potential with its...

Very different type of dim sum, comes with style of Hong Kong, mixture of Guang Zhou and China.
The lady boss is relatively friendly, and very proactively suggest you their favourite dim sum.
On top, she is very confident with her foods, as she said that, just order whichever you like, she is confident all are great taste.
Personally, I think most of them are really great, very few of them are not localized and may not suite the local appetite. However, personally I think they serve great food, good price, and good services.
Will revisit whenever there...
