Ordered via grab pick up. The system said order will be ready in 19min. Hav waited for 1 hr but the order is not yet ready . There is no way to cancel the order either! While waiting in the shop, the status screen in the store takes forever to update the order status! And the status is misleading making all customer waited for nothing.

The seller should improve their system and staff training . Is really irresponsible to the buyer for this kind of service.

Ordered my drink at 9.25pm via mini program, reach to pick up at 9.40pm. Waited infront of ur counter for 25mins, mini program and ur tv shows the tea is still brewing. I asked you staff and she took the tea from behind, the drink is actually done for 25mins right before I reach! WASTE MY TIME! Your mini program has no update, very terrible service. It supposed to help me to save my time but now it water my time more. Unprofessional staff and service, very...

Bought their drinks quite some time now, all time favourite is White peach oolong tea, osmanthus snowy frappe and newly favourite melon oolong tea! 🍈 Gonna repeat! I wanted to order a drink with the cheese topping. The young girl staff said cheese topping was sold out. My friend later (about 3 minutes) went and ordered a drink with cheese topping -it was not sold out! The staff just didn't want to speak English.
