KFC — Restaurant in Johor

I've KFC delivered a few times being very near to it. But had bad bad experience as the delivery driver doesn't even know where my condo was!!?? There was only a few around this place. So far the taste was good, but 20/8/2025 yesterday, I had the worst tasting KFC. I thought it was my tastebuds, but next day I reheat, again... It tasted very salty and bitter. 2 worst combination in food. When biting, your body would warn you to not take another bite type, it's that bad tasting!!!!!! NO herbs and spices as well so much missing. KFC pls buckle up and get someone that can really mix and prepare properly. Colonel Sanders would probably be jumping mad and I give it a generous 2, it should be 0 as it's ghastly tasting. And chicken smells frozen smell and lastly the butter oat latte tasted like diluted milk, coke tasted watered down in ice!!! KFC you can't be serious with these standards... And their promos, always for sure ran out, like the 18RM free delivery they kept ad on Facebook, when claimed it says, fully redeemed. So lame if giving very limited coupons, might as well don't promote so much. I'm losing my confidence in this and have many alternative...

I personally won't order KFC delivery now. It's due to fact 4 times I ordered, it auto point to stulang laut (if Grab you can choose Citysquare). SL KFC is the worst!!!! 4 time I had the worst tasting 'bitter' chicken, it's literally bitter and salty. How bad can it get!!??!?!? 4 times... I've feedback but fell to deaf ears. I think Colonel Sanders would rise from his grave knowing such abomination done to his recipe and quality. It taste even worse than Singapore KFC. And oh yes, each time they didn't give spoon/culteries not even sauces for my 6-8 piece chicken!!!!! for the mashed potatoes and coleslaw, and coleslaw cost rm6++ for the smallest tub. Horror... Using the APP, they will mark as delivered long before it's done, letting you waste your time going down condo lobby to collect. And app is highly inaccurate showing still in store, letting you wait min 1hr-2+hrs while in store then suddenly, delivered (and still not delivered) Talk about low quality KFC, Malaysian one...

Just had a terrible experience at KFC today.

I asked to switch my meal to include two drumsticks out of the three pieces of chicken. The staff said yes, but when I picked up my order — no drumsticks at all. When I asked why, they just said “finished.”

If it was out of stock, then why say yes in the first place?! If I knew, I could’ve gone somewhere else! Don’t lie to your customers!

Also, the food was awful — the chicken was so dry and tasteless. Totally disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this KFC again. 👎😡👎👎👎👎 KFC says it’s open 24 hours, but around 1–2 AM the staff were already rushing to close the store! We were still eating, but they locked the main glass doors and made us leave through the back door instead.

What kind of service is this? If you’re not open 24 hours, don’t lie to your customers. Or are all of you rushing to attend a funeral or something? Seriously...
