My personal view and review: Jom cha is always jom cha.. Unfortunately, during the time we visit, this outlet under try runs. So we are unable to order. They served only for selected persons. Hopefully, the owner could stick a notice so that any customers could notice that they have yet to start the operation. We are waiting there as the counter inform, awaiting the Boss direction, either OK to serve to those uninvited guests. But ... from wasting our time, we just left the outlet and bought mcFlurry Biscoff McD next door. 21/6/23 Jom cha again.. thanks not to my expectation o the ice cream.. may need to try other flavors and yogurt. Surprisingly, the ice cream was hollow in the middle. It was not full. Arghhh..

This little red house is quite eye-catching. Their mix berry ice cream is a must try! The staff told me it is made from fresh mulberry from Farm Fresh farm. No wonder it is super refreshing. I like their Belgium chocolate bubble tea, is a mixture of 2 type of boba (black colour & brown colour). The texture of crystal boba (brown colour) is so special that I’ll definitely come back again for that! The use of fresh milk, (if compare to other bubble tea brand that use synthetic milk powder mixed with water), is rather worth the price.

Cute little red house along the sea front. Clean, plenty of natural light, and strong aircon.
