Mr.Dakgalbi Kluangmall — Restaurant in Johor

Today was our first time trying a Korean restaurant serving teppanyaki-style food prepared directly at our table. At first the menu was confusing, as we could not interprete most of the Korean words before deciding on our order. But soon, we were assisted by a VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & dedicated Head of Staff, Captain Mashitah, who was not only able to explain to us everything we needed to know on the menu, and recommended us a perfect combo based on our preferences, she was also very patient and very detailed during her explanation. Captain Mashitah, and the rest of her crew, were also kind enough to continue serving us till near-closing time. She managed to change our initial confusion and how we almost wanted to quit trying the food, to totally enjoying our meal and the fantastic service experience provided by her and her team. If you haven't tried Mr Dakgalbi (Kluang Mall), we highly recommend checking it out, as you will be in good hands with the freshly-prepared delicious food, as well as the wonderful staff there. We will definitely put this restaurant on our list of places we'd happily visit again....

To management of Mr Dalgabi Kluang mall, You should give your staff proper training when providing table service. Having our dinner today 1/2/25 , around 7:30pm, your staff was about to cook at the table, just within few minutes, theres sudden burst of flame when he ignited the stove. We heard a huge pop sound from the stove and felt the heat coming towards our face. My son and parents were sitting right in front of the stove. We are definitely shocked and quickly stood up until they put a shield . We did mentioned of this and your staff didn’t even apologized over his mistake. The other staff who served us just said “tak tau dia yang buat” pointing at the other staff. This incident is clearly a staff careless mistakes. You definitely have to give your staff a proper safety handling training. What an unpleasant experience. I do hope you would look into this...

To be honest, the food prepared or the menu produced is very satisfying in terms of taste, everything is sufficient even though I myself am not a fan of Korean food, but I never disappoint with a reasonable price and a large portion of food, big thanks also with good service, good cooking style and good conversation to the customers are greatly appreciated here I highlight the name of the employees who always provide good service thank you brother Akmal Hakimi continue the way of service and serve food well thank you so much and recommended to all to come to dakgalbi kluang mall Thanks with...
