I would like to share my experience during a recent visit to your restaurant with my family.
It was a last-minute decision to have dinner at your place due to heavy rain, and we chose to dine in instead of taking away. I approached one of your staff downstairs and asked if dine-in was still available. He was very kind and helpful—he even prepared the QR code for ordering before I brought my family in. I would like to commend Izzat for his great attitude and professionalism.
Loqman was also very pleasant and polite throughout. Overall, the downstairs staff were welcoming and had good manners, which I truly appreciated.
However, the experience changed when we went upstairs. There was only one lady working on the first floor, and I could clearly sense her frustration. I understand there may be a staffing shortage, but as paying customers, we still expect to be treated with basic courtesy. She appeared visibly unhappy, likely because her working hours were ending soon.
She also informed us that only soft drinks were available because the others were "out of order"—something I couldn't verify, but it definitely affected the dining experience. Later, when I went downstairs to add on more orders, the same staff member unnecessarily pointed out that dine-in and takeaway prices are different, even though I hadn’t raised the topic. The tone felt unnecessary and left a negative impression.
If dine-in service is not manageable during certain hours, it would be better to stop accepting dine-in customers or at least display a clear sign indicating the dine-in cut-off time. This would prevent similar disappointments for other customers.

Read morethere was an item sent wrongly, and i really don’t understand how come this kind of mistake can be done. i call the helpdesk, and we were told that our item will be sending in 15 mins, but we have waited for 45 mins but the item still not yet send! the nearest pizza hut outlet to my house is within 2 km, and i don’t think there will be any traffic jam within this 2km.
we have tried to call again and again to helpdesk trying to track the delivery status but what make us upset is when we haven’t finished our sentence then our call were hung up by helpdesk people (that’s also the reason why we need to call for so many times). Honestly, we really called for the 7th time and finally someone take our call seriously. i don’t know how come Pizza Hut can allow this kind of service.
I paid for the 12 pieces chicken wings with RM40.90, but it come don’t know what chicken fingers. i felt this two items are really looked very different, i don’t understand how to mix up with them.

Hopefully give proper training and understanding of the product there ... 2 days before went there around night time ...she said to me before ordering there is out of stock of soft drink ...but I saw another 2 table she serves the soft drink for them ...I seriously don't know what is her intentions of doing this .... We as a family members would like to have quality times don't spoilt our moments please...
Franchise should have proper and effective workers .... Otherwise food is nice and other ground staff all good ..only the same staff...
